Killer Coffee at the 2024 LPGA Solheim Cup: A Swinging Success

This September, Killer Coffee had the incredible honor of serving up our bold brews at one of the most prestigious golf events of the year—the 2024 LPGA Solheim Cup!

Thanks to our amazing partner, Let’s Chow, and our coffee truck, Skully, we were invited to bring the Killer Coffee experience to Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, Virginia, where this legendary tournament took place.

Yes, we traveled all the way up from Florida to Virginia for this event!

For those who may not know, the Solheim Cup is a world-class biennial event that pits Europe’s and America’s top female golfers against each other.

It’s named after Karsten Solheim, a pioneering golf club manufacturer, and attracts an incredible crowd of golf enthusiasts from both sides of the Atlantic.

From September 10 to 16, we had the privilege of serving our coffee to players, staff, and the nearly 150,000 attendees who gathered for a week of excitement, competition, and camaraderie.

The energy was amazing, and sharing our coffee with both American and European fans was truly unforgettable.

Beyond the thrill of the event, our partnership with Let’s Chow allowed us to connect with some inspiring veteran-owned businesses, like Voyager Cold Brew, as well as volunteers who are working to start their own ventures.

We also had the joy of providing complimentary coffee to local first responders—police officers and firefighters—thanks to Let’s Chow’s generous sponsorship.

A huge shoutout goes to Jordan Foley, president of Let’s Chow, for making this opportunity possible.

His unwavering support and guidance have been key to bringing Killer Coffee to such incredible heights.

And of course, congratulations to Team USA! In a hard-fought battle, the U.S. claimed victory with a score of 15.5 to 12.5—their first win since 2017. We’re already looking forward to the next cup!
