If you buy as a guest, you should receive an email in your inbox with a magical link after your purchase to edit your subscription details.
If you are having trouble logging in, please make sure you have created an account in our killer store. From the user icon (upper right corner), click on Create Account and enter the same email address that you used to purchase your coffee subscription. This will allow you to access your dashboard.
*Just remember to use the same email from your purchase to log in to your subscription account.
You can set up an automatic payment subscription.
When you subscribe and the time comes to pay for your next reoccurring order, the auto-charging subscription option will automatically charge you. Easy peasy.
You can change your email address, edit your shipping info, change the subscription frequency, change the quantity of the products in the subscription and of course pause or skip, reactivate or cancel your subscription.
Note that if you change your frequency interval right before receiving your next order, that will push your next order date to the new frequency interval selected.
Ex. If the order frequency was 1 week and the next order is on 4th November, if you change the frequency before November 4th to 2 weeks, the next order will be placed on November 17th (exactly 2 weeks after 4th November). That means the 4th November order will be skipped.
