These espresso brownie desserts have real coffee that will make your tastebuds dance with joy. They’re also vegan since they contain no animal ingredients. You’ll see that they are softer, wetter, and tastier than regular brownies.

 

Coffee/Espresso Brownies Recipe

You will need the following:

  • Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour

  • 1/2 cup of strong coffee (espresso/Moka pot or Aeropress)

  • 1/2 cup of oil

  • Sweet cocoa powder. If you have unsweetened cocoa, you can use it and add 1 cup of sugar.

  • Vanilla essence to taste.

  • A pinch of salt.

Directions:

  • Place the oil, coffee, and vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk well. If you're using dark cocoa, this is the time to add the sugar.

  • Add the rest of the dry ingredients, previously sifted.

  • Mix until you get a creamy and pleasant, even consistency. If it is very hard, you can add a little more coffee or a splash of vegetable drink.

  • Place the mixture in a mold previously greased with vegetable margarine or oil.

  • Take to medium heat oven (350 F) for 20 minutes.

  • After that time, remove, let cool and unmold. Cut the brownies, and now you can enjoy them!
